SISU Together – more than a team<\/h2>\n

SISU Together is a tailored team day in nature. It combines moving outdoors, participatory tasks and guided conversations into an experience where the team learns from each other by doing things together. The day is neither a training course nor a competition, but a shared journey during which collaboration, trust and communication grow naturally.<\/p>\n

Every programme is planned around the group's goals. The experience suits team wellbeing and recreation days, management teams, and new teams or project groups that want to strengthen their collaboration.<\/p>\n

We deliver the programme together with The Journey Studio. We are responsible for the activities in nature, the checkpoints, safety, meals and practical arrangements. The Journey Studio is responsible for the overall concept, the Luontopolku Back to Your Senses® method, facilitation and making sure the day's insights carry over into everyday work.<\/p><\/div>
